The alterations cost will depend on what you need done. They will have you try it on, so be sure to wear appropriate undergarments so you can see exactly how it will look with the alterations and they will give you a quote and time frame from there
I believe they only do purchases and not rental.
I made an appointment but they weren't busy. Its's better to have an appointment.
