Their doctors cannot prescribe the correct supply causing patients to run out early, forcing them to pay out of pocket when their insurance won't cover the gap. The operators cannot connect you to doctors and you're left leaving messages which never get answered.

Stay completely away from this doctor's office. My son's mother gave this office a letter asking them to remove me from my son's file, and not to share any information with myself. In an attempt to further alienate myself from my child Even after this office knew that I took my son to the doctors prior, furnish his birth certificate and social security card, they now refuse to share any information with myself regarding my child. They wouldn't even allow him to be seen while in my care forcing me to take him to the emergency room on a small issue. The Doctor even refused to call me back when I needed to share information in regards to his well-being. Very disappointed to deny any parent their rights to their child.

I had quite a experience with them. I use to go to the middlesex center but they closed down and now they moved me to the rosedale section and Its far worse here. I went over there and the receptionist were so slow and were just talking among each other. Like show some care and when my turn came, the doctor was in a hurry and didn't even pay much attention to what I was saying. She was rude when i told her i want to get blood work done. Not only that but they take forever to pick up my call and make an appointment. I get you guys are busy then higher more people. I had to go to ER and needed a referral so i did telehealth but no one called, no one came online to see me. This is so unprofessional!
