Will never use this service again. I was in Respiratory failure from covid . The Ems all he keep doing is calling women after women . Talking about how to to females Ems walked out That night .. complaining about how people calling them and tying up their ambulances because people are using them for a ride to the hospital for a covod test . I told them I didn’t call them the fire department did because my oxygen was dropping . Worse experience I ever had riding in a ambulance. Wish I had the energy to use my phone to take a video to proof my story

We had the unfortunate event of having to unexpectedly use an ambulance. It was our first experience and we were terrified. The EMT, Joel was amazing. He made us feel as comfortable as we could. He kept our daughter comfortable and helped ease her nerves throughout the ride. After we were dropped off at the children’s hospital Joel came back hours later just to visit and check on our daughter. It made her feel special! I was thankful and impressed that he took the time to come back and see her. What great service for scary events. Thank you South Star for going above and beyond and having paramedics like Joel. He was incredible!
