Notified the apartment personnel of no water pressure in the shower/tub area. They responded within 30 minutes. The maintenance person was very professional and knowledgeable of the problem. He repaired it in about 10 minutes and checked to make sure I was satisfied with the solution. I was. Thank all of you for your services and quick response.

Ray is amazing ….. period . The staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests and concerns. The beginning was a little rough , I’m not gonna lie ….but the manager Reina is an amazing leader. Every time I go to her for something , she is on top of it and explains to me in detail how she is going to help, fix, and address my needs. The grounds here are so beautiful and well kept. I love how quiet and peaceful my surroundings are . Thank you La Ventana Staff for going above and beyond to make sure my family feels welcomed, secure, and happy! What a Hidden Gem!

Awesome apartments! Very comfortable I have troubles with my sink tube and The support from Ray was amazing! I really love live here and I recommend if you are looking a quite and nice place to live.

My family and I have lived here for about 7 months. We love the quiet, safe neighborhood. The amenities are amazing! We have a pool, hot tub, gym and a really cool BBQ/hang out area near the pool. The maintenance team is also very friendly. Ray is amazing! Fast, personable, and professional. He always has a smile and goes out of his way to say hello!
