Desert Willow Apartments has the worst property management EVER !!! I’ve been complaining about my neighbor since September and they are NOT doing anything to fix the problem I’ve been threaten my neighbor and my car has also been hit my neighbor the music she plays through the whole after hours is ridiculous !! The fact that I have to move out of my apartments that’s I’ve been here for 4 years never late on rent always been a loyal customer to them shocks me !! I know everyone sign a contract when you first move in here and the fact that she had broken that multiple times and they’re not willing to do anything about it it’s mind blowing !!!! SMH APD even shocked of how many compliments this woman has gotten and NOTHING being done !!

When I lived there, bedroom carpet was put in over cat & dog urine w/o being sealed. Mgt. refused to correct situation. My car was towed after mgt. gave permission to unload, same person had it towed. Lots of drug use, buying & selling also. Senior in my late 60's at the time. Upstairs neighbor up all night, courtesy patrol caught her, still mgt. wouldn't take action against her. The apt was laid out very well, but it was miserable due to region mgt.

All I have to say is that this place is amazing!!!!!!!!!!. I have been here for going on 3 years now and for the past year since they have put Antoinette as the new manager I can tell that this place has really turned around a lot. she values us as tenets as well as people and individuals. I have had some unfortunate life events happens an she as been there to help with whatever I needed as quick to help[ fix what ever needs to be done. I appreciate everything that they have done. And really never plan on moving from my apartment. Keep up the amazing job team. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hve been year going on a year. This place not safe alot of violence, shoting, drugs, management sucks very rude. No security even when u call for police for a simple complaint they dnt show up i hve called numerious of times. Management has no care thr just here for a pay ck. Never heard of a complex having to sign up all over if u want to sign up of another lease or move to a smaller one u would think since you pay on time they would look at that but of course no. Rent is going higher and higher and no protection, not enought visitor parkin. Do not move here. I probably wont get my deposite back they probably look for something wrong to not get it back.
