so old management was way better. she was awesome and now that it has new owners I would not recommend this place for anyone at all its like your in a prison place you can't have grills you can't do alot of things over here rent went way up and now you have to pay water now and the new management very rude Susie is ok but D.D very rude she don't no how to talk to people and she definitely shouldn't manage a place like this if you want to spend money on something nice and worth the money go some were else not worth moving in this place at all. i lived here for over 7 years now and will be moving soon

This place is a shell of what it used to be, the old management was great and there was a great dynamic between them and the community, now the place has been sold to a management company. Rent went WAY up and they expect you to pay $100.00 fee on top every month if you dont want to sign a lease, I couldn't say enough good things about this place before but that is all dust in the wind now and on top of that now we have rude office staff, if you're gonna be spending the money they want to charge you now you're better off looking elsewhere. Definitely won't be staying here for much longer, it's sad but nothing lasts forever.

Just moved in, been here for almost 3 weeks and I LOVE IT! Susie and Sal are awesome, always friendly and willing to help with ANY situation. 10/10
