The management team at this apartment is incredibly incompetent and it is clear that they do not respect the tenants at this complex. To start, they called us the day before we were suppose to move in to say that our unit was not ready because the carpets were still drying after being cleaned (our unit did not even have carpets). After living here for 7 months, we had to terminate our lease early due to a job relocation. Management refused to respond to emails to answer questions regarding this and neglected to document our notice over a month after we submitted it. They then attempted to charge us thousands of dollars in order to end the lease and told us they could charge us “whatever they wanted” after we attempted to ask questions regarding the charges that were not specified in the lease agreement. The apartment manager walked away from us in the middle of our conversation with her while trying to resolve the issue. I have never seen an adult woman act so childish. The management here is extremely disrespectful and incompetent, and I would definitely beware if you are looking to live here. At worst, they are intentionally taking advantage of their residents. At best, they are just very bad at their jobs. To end on a positive note, the maintenance team was always very helpful! The one star review is a direct reflection of the management.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST APARTMENTS!! Wish I could give you 0 stars. These apartments are far from “luxury”! The gates hardly ever work and they are left broken and open for weeks allowing everyone and anyone to enter! These apartments are being targeted by Burglars and management, YVETTE, is doing absolutely nothing about it. The one thing she did do did absolutely nothing the burglars are still able to break into the garages! Garages that they assure can’t be broken into definitely can be and have been. My own garage was broken into 1/28/21 and it took me going down there to confront her, for the 8 people prior to my garage being broken into can get the updated security that I was getting that same day. Just today the garage next to me who has the updated security still got broken into Last night 8/2/21. Yvette has yet to let the apartment complex/tenets know that we’re being targeted because she’s to afraid. Yvette is rude and seems to only care about herself and not the safety and security of her tenets. She doesn’t return calls nor emails and is a sorry excuse of a manager she need to be REPLACED ! Stay far away from these apartments. We’re Beyond happy to be moving out at the end of this month, it couldn’t come any sooner !!

Currently live here. I've had no probablems working with the front office staff. The maintenance staff is awesome, they take really good care of everything, and respond fast to work orders. The apartments stay cool in the summer heat and warm in the winter. The exercise room is well kept, as well as the pool.

I moved in sight unseen from Atlanta. Now, I’ve been here for three years and transitioned from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. All great apartments. This is a clean, safe, attractive and reasonably priced gated community. I personally interacted with both management, staff and maintenance without issue. They got good people and there were no major turn overs. Employee retention is a plus.
