There's so much pro's and con's here. Pro's being able to afford the rent. Con's not much safety as the gates are often broken and left OPEN for anyone to wonder in. And that's what happened one night our door bell rang my mate answered, 'she asked for cash because her husband was just arrested and she needed bail.' Pro's Angelo is one of the MOST helpful team member working here. The timeliness of his response is commendable. Con's they had enough money to build a DOG PARK but nothing for a family with children under the age of 12 years old. Pro's the pool in the summer time is amazing. Gym is not that bad either. Con's PARKING SUCKS here if you aren't paying for an appointment that has triple or double cart port.

I have called and emailed multiples times to set up a delivery. They are very unprofessional and do not respond to any phone calls or emails. You would think they would at least have a human being that picks up the phone as well. Definitely would not want to live here!

This apartment complex has towed 2 of my son’s guests since he’s lived there for maybe 6 months! THE PARKING SITUATION IS R I D I C U L O U S! I got towed last night from there (as a guest) and I was not parked in a red zone. I was not parked where it had NO PARKING SIGNS and I still got towed! Is that even legal? Now I have to pay who knows how much to get it out and I didn’t park illegally. I will be addressing the management. I will not let this go until I’m shown a legal document that shows me where it says you can tow a vehicle if it is not clearly marked??? So if you plan on renting there or visiting, beware the possibility that you/your guests will more than likely will get towed at some point over there. Unprofessional 😠

I have lived here for a year and have had nothing but a pleasant experience. Everyone is quiet and keeps to themselves. So far really safe from my own experience, no theft when we have accidentally left our garage door open. Everyone is nice and they hold a lot of neat get togethers for the community! Gorgeous apt & my favorite part — little to NO ROACHES, which I feel like is so hard in this gross city. You get what you pay for.
