This place lies to you . there is a pool that had a dead body in it and will not be repaired, a laundry room that is in a building that was tagged substandard by the city. They don't have plans on renovations at all . when I called them out on this paula the current landlord laughed and said it is up to the future residents to research their lies. But this is the perfect place to live if you like crack heads and secxual predators.if you like gunfire at night and mysterious deaths around you

After 2 yrs nothing good to say. Avoid it! From no hot water for over a month, to roaches & bedbugs, gas explosion & city inspectors shutting it down ( 40 units remain condemned) to brown outs, crime and now...no power no AC....come on! Leaving asap. Only thing ownership is interested in is cash flow & CPA's aiding it. No interest in tenants. Slumlords in short. Only motivation to upgrade is city inspectors. Again, avoid this place! If you need an address, go to UPS, buy a tent & live in a national park....you'll be better off at a fraction of the price to rent. You keep telling yourself its got to get better....and it doesn't. Unbelievable.

Office is never open and staff fails to return calls. Unless its time to collect rent, finding someone to do things is nearly impossible. Wifi is a joke! Although you pay an extra 50.00 for it, it NEVER works so plan on paying for your own on top of paying for what you cant use. Homeless run the complex, drugs sold in parking lots and in hallways that has open access for everyone in Albuquerque. "Doggy park" is a small run that smells and is never clean, pool is green and stays that way... Place is best kept a hidden hole.
