It's kind of busy and the workers often forget orders. But if you have patience, and want a good meal, they will always have great food. And their Polynesian sauce is AMAZING!

Worst experience! I love chick fil a and have been to lots of locations with never or rarely having a problem(s). Went just before 1030am on a Saturday, knew breakfast was going to be ending soon (less than 10min) so didn't think it would be too big of an issue to order a grilled sandwich. The drive through lanes were both easily 20 cars each so the husband went inside to order, they told him it would be a 8 min wait for the sandwich (completely fine, like I said breakfast wasn't over yet) after 15 min he was still waiting. Not one employee apologized for the wait. After 25min he went and asked and was told that only half the order was ready, we only ordered a breakfast sandwich, grilled sandwich and some fries. 30+ min finally got our food. But that length of time is ridiculous to wait especially at a place that prides itself on its customer service. It has to be horrible management and ownership and something needs to be done. *There were lots of employees standing around doing nothing, one cashier and one manager that only cared about cleaning the table's instead of helping customers or getting through the lines.

The service at this location is awful! They do not work the line in the drive through like all the other locations do so everytime I come here because I work near by its at least a half hour wait in line. They don't have curbside pick up or order ahead ability except for the drive through so whats the point. Also the team is not friendly like all other locations. They need help! Chick-fil-a is getting a BAD reputation at the Farmington UT locations. Everyone i know is avoiding this restaurant.

Slowest most unorganized Chick-fil-A I have been to. Drive up was a joke. At least 20 cars deep in each line. No one outside taking orders to speed up the process. Went inside and there were 12 people Waiting for their meal. I ordered a simple salad and waited for 15 minutes. Never have I been to a chick-fil-a where the workers were the most unenthusiastic crew and not polite like others I have been too! I will continue to go to the one by my house where the crew is so nice , polite and enthusiastic and well organized! They have a crew outside to take orders and the wait time is a breeze!!!!! Never again wasted my whole lunch hour.!!!!!
