This location is MUCH better than others. The 4 or 5 times I have visited this store, it is always neat and clean. The checkout staff never have to call for a manager for help, they know exactly how to do everything. And shoutout to Deanne J! I promised her I'd do the survey on the receipt but I waited too long and it closed. She did an excellent job!

Garbage customer service. Took cashier and 2 managers to communicate their "policy" of their inability to price match their own price online (today) to what I paid a few days ago online for my order I was picking up today. Store manager acted like she couldn't have been bothered to help. If it's your policy to charge a different price than what you are currently advertising for goods picked up today (probably illegal) all your cashiers should be well aware. I won't shop here again.

Pretty good deals! We might be returning, but man... the kids’ shoe section sure wasn’t fun to navigate... Also, Nordstrom Rack online has more selection, and you don’t have to dig through the mess or deal with grumpy employees....

I love shopping at Nordstrom Rack you never know what deals you are going to find. It's like a treasure hunt of sorts. But... I know I can always find a funky selection of sweet mens socks. They have my favorite brands like English laundry, and Happy Socks. They are priced right with a good selection to choose from. Remember at Nordstrom Rack the stock is always changing so if you find something you like seize the day and buy it! If your lucky you'll get there before me and scoop up the deals. :)
