Today I had to make a complaint for the first time about a group coughing away in a three hour movie. I told the managers the issue and said they would give me guest passes and speak to the group. I went back thinking I will enjoy the rest of the movie . I clearly told them where they were and nothing was done. Everyone was annoyed and no help provided . I am disappointed with the two managers I spoke to. They said afterwards they heard it but "couldn't see who it was" ..... I told them what row and next to what seats. Clearly they don't take charge and are intimidated to manage. Customer service was good and I was not going to their work for them.

I took my son here as a surprise for his birthday. Unfortunately he was sensitive to the sound level and started complaining only few minutes into the movie. The staff here, 1st found him some headphones to muffle the sound, then someone followed up by coming and checking with us in the theater with ear plugs. My son, at this point, just wanted to leave, so the manager and crew member gave us a full refund!!! Even for the concessions!! I wouldn't have even asked for a refund, not expecting this as a possibility, but they showed concern and compassion exceeding my expectations. I have never had a favorite theater before, but I do now and I can't wait to go to the movies next time.

Best theatre seats I’ve sat in! Such comfortable recliners. With table that swings over you and cup holder. Pricy for concessions like all theaters.

Great place to see a movie. Four stars simply because of the location. The big outdoor mall is busy and can be hard to negotiate traffic and pedestrian wise. Theater is clean, new, and has friendly staff. If you dont mind busy, or are going to grab a meal before your show it would be a 5 star for you!
