You now need to have the Cinemark app to get the $5 tuesday discount. I screen shot the bar code because there wifi is very weak.

Yes typically they are about $5 per movie, with a possible upcharge for 3D. I don't think the discount is valid on movies who's opening day is on a Tuesday (it's not a common day for openings anyway)
