I really like Blaze Pizza. I really dislike this Blaze Pizza. They are consistently slow. Quality is not on par with other locations. Tried ordering takeout through the app today. Waited 40 minutes after the time quoted and still no pizza. Had to call a manager offsite to cancel and get a refund. She was very nice, but what an awful process for the customer and manager. Definitely my last visit here. If the online ordering process is standard for all Blaze locations (phone calls to cancel, no ability for restaurants to turn off orders or update actual wait times, single employee handling takeout on a small prep line), the Corporate office needs to catch up with industry standards.

They are very generous with the toppings. You can customize your pizza. It has great flavor. They add extra sauces and spices at the end as well. The restaurant was clean and a fun family night. The BBQ was my favorite.

It was good, they were fast. They had gluten free options and cauliflower crust. I like their sustainability efforts with paper straws and lids you don’t need straws for. The food was good

While the cheese pizza was good, the “Meat Eater” pizza is a joke. Seriously, pepperoni and meatballs is it?! How is that even considered a “Meat Eater?” That’s a two- topping pizza and nothing more. I won’t be coming back to the restaurant though because- 1) they don’t have straws AND their stupid cups leak even WITH the lids on them!! 😡😡 2) they don’t accept cash as payment. I asked the cashier what they would do if I only had cash and I was told, “We’d have to refuse you service.” That’s an absolute joke! If I have cash- that was printed and distributed by our federal government, I should be able to use it as payment for goods and services! Sorry Blaze- don’t ever care to come back again- there’s too many other pizza places that are better- and have straws and accept cash.
