The food was good but the service was not great. The person taking our order had their headphones in and was not present. I asked what are the most popular dishes and they responded "all of them". I would go back but hope to have a better experience

I used to enjoy Noodles & Co. The food flavor and portions have declined. Definitely not worth the high price of noodles. The employees were friendly, but not knowledgeable about their sauces and food. I asked a question about a sauce and they had no idea what it was. O ordered it any way to take a chance. I ended up not enjoying it, it was too spicy and not a flavor I liked. A waste of $12. Wish they knew their products. I should have got a salad. I won't be back.

I normally don’t take time out of my day to write negative reviews but I’m saying to anyone who wants to eat noodles, make the trip down the Layton. They’re fantastic and very fast. Yesterday I went in and the lady at the cashier was so unbelievably rude. I asked for double protein and when I finally got my food I checked before I left. Being charged but no double chicken. I asked her politely and she was nothing but rude. Rolled her eyes and got me another chicken after 10 or so minutes. The whole restaurant was disgusting and trash overflowing the garbages, I am never gonna come to this location again. That cashier was so unfriendly I was shocked. I even see other reviews about her on here too from yesterday so I know I’m not the only one

This chain used to be one of our go-to “fast-food” places for a quick and affordable bite. Throughout the years, it seemed to have lost its quality though. We just ate really dry penne Rosa after ordering it “creamy” and the manager said that’s how it comes in the pre-sized ingredients package from what I understood. Not too appetizing of an explanation. I think we’ll stop trying to hold on to our fond memories of the past and find some other go-to places instead.. what a pity..
