Overall this trip through drive through we got all are stuff. There has been main of times orders are not complete. Even though there's days and times being busy. Things should be checked. Also there is alot of time later at night when you just want a treat. They won't serve ice cream🍦 because its a pain for them to keep the machine clean. Roy isn't the only location on this. Midland, McDonald's does the same with there ice cream, shakes & smoothies. They would make so much more money if they had there ice cream 24 hrs. a day.

This location has a lot of the modern updates McDonald's has been adding to new stores. There is a kiosk where you order your own food and it can be delivered to a table. You can even do it through the McDonald's app. They have awesome soda machines that let you mix some pretty cool flavors. But with all these modern updates they all fall flat and get overshadowed by the fact that the place is a mess. Every table was dirty, there was food on the floor and under seats. Every single garbage can was overflowing, including the bathroom trash cans. The first time I figured it had been a busy day/week or something. But a month latter still a bit of a mess. I do not recommend going to this location if you plan on eating in a McDonald's. There are cleaner locations.

Google needs to add a 0 star. But I guess the 1 will be fine. This drive through location has 2 lanes to choose from to “speed it through.” I chose one of the two lanes and was behind 1 car. The other line had probably 8-9 cars go through before the car in front of me went. The kid doing the ordering couldn’t figure out how to take orders from either lane so just stuck to the one. I got to the window after maybe 20-25 minutes of waiting and when I got up there I tried to use a code from the app for my food because I didn’t have my card and just had $5 in cash so I tried to use the code to be able to purchase some food. I gave them the code and it didn’t work for some reason so I re did it with a whole different code to try to get it to work and they said they can’t accept a new code from the same guest and the kid just kept going back and forth from that window to the other room for some reason all while leaving the cash drawer open. This location is HORRIBLE. Something needs to be done

We went thru the drive thru and purchased the 10 piece chicken nugget meal. One of my son’s favorites, he liked it! The service was fast and friendly, I would recommend going to this McDonald’s.
