We came here after a funeral service and the manager, though very understaffed, treated us with kindness and genuine care. They got us through the line quickly. Food was perfect and delicious. After learning that our grandmother had recently passed, they gave us a discount. We didn’t expect it and certainly would’ve paid full price. Thank you for your kindness toward my grieving family. Words cannot express how much that meant to us. My only regret is not leaving a bigger tip and getting the name of the manager! Next time I’ll have to leave extra.

My family took me to Farmington station to enjoy my Mother’s Day weekend, I enjoyed it. We got hungry, so I decided Cafe Rio! Got here and the older gentleman who served us was very rude, he was impatient and acted like we were an inconvenience. I noticed his demeanor at first when he was serving the people in front of us which he was rude also. My husband spoke up and said whats with the attitude?! Anyway I didn’t let that stop my great day just thought I would address this. Thank you but you should try to strive for great Customer Service always!

One of the top 5 restaurants I go to in Utah hands down! Entree's are colorfully created into a delicious picture perfect meal with alluring aromas teasing your senses. Staff are very accommodating if you have and special requests.🔥👍

I've had multiple poor experiences at this location. One instance we had ordered food for the family, about $50 worth. I get there about 10 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time as I don't like to wait when I arrive and it gives some wiggle room for the employees. Food wasn't ready, after waiting 10 minutes I asked the to-go staff if they're working on it and they said they were, 20 minutes later nothing. I ask again and they said they still are. I'm frustrated but I try to be understanding as it was busy. An hour from my first arrival and I ask again and they tell me someone walked away with my order a while ago. I'm upset from waiting for so long, with false updates. I start the refund process with one of the managers and it's just not working, honestly not even sure if the refund went through. They've gotten my order wrong 2 other times. Most recently I showed up 15 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time and my order wasn't ready (steak salad with double protein) I talk with one of the to-go staff and they let me know they're out of steak and that's why they hadn't started on my order. I tell them chicken is fine (even though I paid for steak) and got my order 10 minutes later. The staff are friendly but I've had nothing but bad service. Definitely not ordering from this location anymore, I've given chances and I just can't trust that my order will be correct or come out on time. If you're going to order from here, do it in person.
