I ordered online tonight. I ordered mac & cheese soup with my sandwich. When I got home I found a note in my container saying that they had run out of Wisconsin Cauliflower (which isn't what I ordered) sitting where there should have been soup. Instead of calling me to ask if I wanted a different soup, or asking me when I got there, I was just left a note instead. Kind of a weird approach to addressing the lack of soup... other than that my food was good.

Always busy here but always so delicious. Today I was very impressed with the smile and greeting from Heber who took mine and husbands order.

My experience with all Zupas has been decent. Good food, good service. But this particular location went above and beyond. I had just ordered food with my one year old. We were just sitting down to eat and he vomited all over himself and me, our food and the booth. One of the employees there cleaned up the whole booth, brought towels into the bathroom to get us cleaned up and even packaged up fresh meals to take home. She was so accommodating and understanding. It blew me away. 12/10 customer service here

This was my first time visiting this location. I had the steak and cheese and the Wisconsin cauliflower soup. For desert, I had cheesecake. It was absolutely scrumptious. I will for sure go back anytime I am in the area shopping.
