Ordered on July 8 for a delivery of 6 dipped strawberries and other sweets for July 12. No delivery or contact. Called the store July 13, was assured that it would be delivered that day. No delivery. Called July 14, spoke to a different manager who assured me it would be delivered and would add bonus strawberries for the inconvenience. The six strawberries were delivered but no other part of the original order nor the additional offered strawberries. Called July 15 and was told that the order was ready to be delivered today. I stated that I wanted a refund for the items not delivered and was told that I would receive an email confirming the refund. Still waiting to see that refund post to my credit card. This experience is very disappointing. Four phone calls with two different managers, both assuring to fix the problem but not following through. I’ve ordered with your location before without issue and that’s why there is a one star. It seems that others have had similar issues with this location. Advise to be weary of ordering from this location.

I am very disappointed! I ordered this for my daughter’s birthday to be delivered on 5/27! Paid $100 and they didn’t deliver until late on 5/31. No one said it would not be delivered as I ordered it. I called the store and left multiple messages and no one ever responded. When it did arrive the fruit was soggy and extremely undesirable. You could tell it had been made and sat somewhere so not fresh fruit. She could not even eat most of it and threw more than half away! Again, I called to say how awful the products arrived but no one ever answers the phone. Do NOT waste your money on this business. I live in Ohio and have never had problems with orders here. I expect a partial refund! Horrible headache and missed my daughter’s birthday by days

My husband ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day that never arrived. They called us and told us it would be a day late so we waited around all day and it was never delivered. We’ve called multiple times per day now for over a week, emailed, and tried filing a corporate complaint and can’t get anyone to respond or talk with us. By far the worst customer service of any business! Do not order from them! They’ll take your money but you won’t get anything in return!

I've used this location both last year (march 2021) and this year (march 2022) for my mother's birthday. I always order a few days in advance just so I know it can be delivered on time. Last year it arrived to my mother's house late broken in pieces and by some random guy in his unmarked car at 6:30PM. This year I tried again thinking last year was some fluke thing. But I've waited all day for it to be delivered to my mothers place of work. It's been 48 hours since I placed my order and now her work is closed. Everytime I call to change the address I am hung up on. Absolute garbage service. No professionalism whats-so-ever. And you'd think for such pricey arrangements they would put some care into their products but they do not. Waste of time, money, and absolutely all of my patience.
