My dad has stage 4 brain cancer and my mom & dad wanted to make a fun memory with my daughter. This is their first grandchild and she’s only 5 months old, but build-a-bear was a fun experience for me as a child, so they wanted to take her to make one. The two associates on staff while we were there went above and beyond to make it a special experience for us. At no point were they made aware of my dad’s condition; which tells me that they always go out of their way to make this a fun and memorable experience for everyone that walks through the door. Unfortunately I did not get the names of these individuals, but I hope the company knows their value! Amazing experience! I hope these individuals know how appreciative I am of the experience they helped create for my family.

We have THE best experience every time we come here. The staff is SO great with my kiddos and are so helpful. We went about a month ago and the birth certificates were down, so they told us to come back again and would make sure we could get them still - that definitely made my son happy. We love BAB :)

For an experience-based store, this is kind of a let down. But if you want to get in and out with a stuffed animal it's pretty good. I think employees here need confidence, training and social skills. We came to Build-A-Bear for the first time at this location with our three children, ages 5, 7 and 8. I was expecting a store like this to have fantastic employees- People who get on the kids level and can answer questions. Perhaps my expectations were too high... First, about 5 or less of all the stuffed animals were on display. I'm not sure why? It is so much better to see them. Second, the store manager was an awesome guy, but the other employees lacked the confidence, social skills, or training needed to work with families. They seemed to be easily overwhelmed and moved very slow even with a lot of people waiting on them. There were about 3 families in the store and one couple total. The employees had a difficult time prioritizing tasks to keep the stations moving. I asked simple questions about a few products, and the employees looked confused and replied "I don't know" often. At one point (the stuffing) I was glad the woman helping us tried to connect with my children. She was sweet, and I appreciated her genuine effort. But to be honest it sounded very scripted and felt forced. I tried to stay positive and enjoy the experience for my kids and my own sake, but I was pretty disappointed. I watched one couple and two families walk in, look around and see what was going on, and walk out. Sad to see it is losing them sales. I love this store and hope they can turn things around and stay open!

Went here to get a bear for my mom’s birthday. The staff were pretty helpful directing me around the stations. Prices are good for simple bears but character ones or fancier ones are really premium priced.

They have little things you can put inside them that play music. You can check the website and see what songs they currently have.
10 to 7 but they were closed for 14 days due to Covid
you can go on your birthday, get the birthday bear and pay the price of the your age up to $15
Best thing to do is make an impression and go to the store and ask for the application... Most places now do everything online..
They have small prestuffed ones that are $15
