I had been to 3 other Rheumatologists seaking out a diagnosis. I was getting sicker by the day. Even my Nuerologist was convinced I had something more complex than Fibromyalgia as a diagnosis. It just didn't fit what my symptoms were. Not until I found Dr Pone, armed with my pictures and pages of concerns, did she REALLY listen to me. For the first time, besides DR BRASS, she was the only physician who spent time giving me a throughout exam and doing diagnostic testing. She diagnosed my RA. For the last few years she has been managing my RA meds and adjusting them as needed. I have been so thankful to have found her after such a difficult journey.

Only accepts cash seems fishy No bedside manner all she did for me was order bloodwork I had to hunt her down for the test results scheduled a telemed video visit to and all she did was refer me back to my primary then billed me the copay and expect me to send cash do not recommend

Dr.Pone is one of the best doctors I have ever worked with. I came to her office ( after seeing a different doctor which failed miserably) in terrible pain and could barely walk. On my initial visit she took a hour and a half to discuss in DETAIL what my disease was, different treatment options available for me, and what to expect moving forward. I have never had a doctor spend that much time with me. She started me immediately on medication to help me and spent time working with me to get me on the right path. I was afraid to do injections on my own so she offered to do them for me every month because I was scared to do them. No doctor has every offered that. Any concern I have ever had, she takes very seriously and explains what is happening and how she is going to collaborate with other doctors and help you. Dr. Pone changed my quality of life! She is wonderful!

Dr Pone noticed that I was limping as I walked into swim practice, she asked me after practice why I was limping. She quickly diagnosed gout in my foot and offered to help me out that day Dr Pone made herself available for a telemedicine call that afternoon and was able to get by pain to subside and helped heal my foot. She is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and her practice

She's been my rheumatologist couple times. Was going to ECMC from 2006-2014. In 2009-2013 Dr. Pone was my rheumatologist. It seem like I was getting a new Rheumatologist yearly. Those years she was taken care of me, My condition improve that I was able to do more. Unfortunately, in 2014 she has a baby. ECMC got rid of her. When that happened, my condition worsen. Called my insurance company in 2016 to see if I could get a new Rheumatologist bc the one taken care of me there didn't care about me. From 2016-present, I've been seeing her. Dr Pone goes above and beyond to help me out. Her staff helps out anytime I call& Dr Pone has even called me during the weekend if something wrong. Would recommend you to call for an appointment bc she will help you out.
