My doctor office referred to the WNY Rheumatology. They sent my paperwork over twice. I spoke to the same gentleman both times and he said they did not get the paperwork. When I spoke to him 1 week after the first time he told me that they have not received my paperwork yet and that they are getting a new system so they will not be accepting new patients. If that was the case why did he not say anything the week before when I spoke to him and why was he concerned with "looking" for my paperwork the 2nd time I spoke with him?

Probably after the initial new patient visit. That's was very long probably spent 2 hours in the office
you would have to call and make a follow up whether with their office or call your primary and they could have the results.
