If an appointment is for a new patient visit, after leaving a message on the new patient line a representative will return your call. Depending on the location, a return call may take up to five business days while our representatives find an opening.
Online payments are accepted through UBMD's FollowMyHealth patient portal. In order to use the online bill pay, a patient portal account must have already been established.
At our Conventus office, there’s a parking ramp located beneath the Conventus building on the corner of High and Washington streets. Valet parking is available for $5 for 0-3 hours; $7 for 3-8 hours; and $10 for more than 8 hours. You can also self-park for $1.50 for each half-hour, to a maximum cost of $9. There is also metered street parking spots located in the area. Both Hopkins and Sheridan locations have parking lots on-site.
