Just called this clinic for the first time in order to find a neurologist. Someone answered and I asked “how are you?”. This person seemed annoyed at me asking and replied rudely and just hung up lol. I didn’t even get to ask for a neurologist. The convo literally didn’t get any further. What a joke. They lost my business before they even got it.

When you going through a rough time in your life, physically and then wait for 3+ weeks for a return call from your doctors office... At times met with attitude. They'll refer you to use their patient portal but then do not respond there either. If you can find another neurology, I'd strongly recommend it.

The receptionists are the rudest women I’ve ever had the misfortune of speaking to. The doctors are almost as bad… This is the kind of place that makes vulnerable people turn to snake oil medicines. Avoid at all costs.

Beware! Waited months to have UB Neuro set up appointment with knowledgeable neurologist concerning my diagnosed condition. Actual appointment lasted less than one minute, as Dr. Sofat said she knew nothing about my condition, and could provide NO HELP! Just received bill for service of $143.00 for her “services rendered”. Shockingly unconscionable!
