After standing around watching as the employees walked by without speaking and went to back, I just left my paper on counter. Phone interview was great 👍to Martha. Human Services not Housing Authority

Ok, so do you/did you (I know this is like 2 years old) have a lease agreement or rental agreement? And if so, have you in any way violated the agreement? If not, then they absolutely DO NOT have the right to lock you out of your house, keeping your stuff locked up too. Unfortunately the police can't do much of anything because it is a "civil" matter not criminal. Honestly, I don't really know how to help other than lawyer up?
