My mother in law lives here and it is a wonderful place! Clean and pretty with a very nice club house. They have a lot of organized activities which make it easy to meet friends. I would definitely recommend it.

It depends on what the rent is when you buy. When you buy they raise it $20 dollars and then the next year they raise it another $20.
