I bought the premium package for road side assistance. I called AAA roadside service when my vehicle broke down. It took over 4 hours and no tow truck had arrived. I told them I was in a dangerous situation on the side of the road in the American River canyon. And that is where they left me with no response. I had to call halls towing. They arrived in 30 minutes. I am very disappointed with. AAA.

It's only open Monday through Friday and I suggest you make an appointment because last time I was there I stood in line. I was able to make an appointment after standing there for a long time the lady came out, When I came back and I still had to wait so I suggest an appointment for sure.

Personally, I would go into the office e or call AAA. They would be the ones to contact, being they are so easy to do just about anything with.

If you do not want to pay your deductible and theres no injuries you can just go through thier insurance. You should contact your own ins.co so they can send an SR1 to DMV on your behalf which is req'd of there is over 750 in damages.
