I’d give -5 stars if that were possible. I’m currently writing this on my broken phone!!! I took my phone to get fixed here a couple months ago and the guy told us that any physical damage would not be fixed for free but that any mechanical damage would. I was totally okay with that. I dropped my phone once- ONCE - and my screen fell out!!!!!!!!! COMPLETELY! Just HANGING by a cord. Thankfully there were no cracks or scratches so It still worked perfectly! I tried to put the screen back and it SHATTERED. Any Genuine iPhone screen would never break or fall out like this!!! It makes 0 sense. They are scammers here, don’t waste your money if you actually want good product!

I’m someone who never leaves reviews and I am SO upset with my experience here, I feel responsible to leave a review before someone else goes through the same experience. I stopped in to get a quote last week to see how much it would be to get the back of my phone replaced as it had a few cracks in it. I wasn’t able to leave my phone with them at that time so I brought it back a week later and was quoted almost over $50 more than the week before. The man helping me was so rude and so difficult to work with and past my better judgment, I left my phone to get repaired there after he finally agreed to lessen the price due to my original quote. When I got my phone back, he told me he was able to fix the back but mysteriously the touch screen wasn’t working anymore and he had no clue why - although it was 100% working before I dropped it off. He didn’t care, didn’t offer to fix it, and still made me pay the full amount for the back of my phone. I just took it to a different repair shop and they informed me the motherboard was fried due to poor craftsmanship. So now I’m out a phone and $150 dollars. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is an absolute scam.

I was helped by Gudrat today and he was AWESOME!!!! He gave me amazing service quickly and the store was clean and welcoming. It took less than three minutes to get my screen protector replaced!!! 10/10 will be sending friends!!!

My screen was cracked on my IPhone. I inquired online and received a call back next day. The new owner was able to get me in same day to have it fixed. He was very quick and did a good job. I initially was hesitant after seeing some of the older reviews, but this is a new owner. I would highly recommend and if I ever have any other issues with my phone I would come back to this location.
