Didn't have any problems with staff this visit. However, what is the deal with the check out lane being only wide enough for 1 cart?! It's like musical chairs trying to pay and being constantly asked to move so another customer can get by. Ridiculous. Can't the staff see this?

We went on Black Friday and the store was busy but the staff were handling everyone with ease. The shelves had plenty of merchandise and the checkout lines flowed nicely. It was a very pleasant experience!

Beware of online purchases. This review is about their online order pickup process and not customer service. Made an online purchase on Friday to pick up on Saturday. When I went in they told me my item had already been picked up the day prior. It was only a bottle of Keurig descaling solution so they went and got another to give to me. The store representative said that they don't scan your phone nor give a receipt when you pick up your item. I hate to see what would happen if this had happened with an expensive item. Their order and pickup process needs to be looked at in depth.
