If you do not want to pay your deductible and theres no injuries you can just go through thier insurance. You should contact your own ins.co so they can send an SR1 to DMV on your behalf which is req'd of there is over 750 in damages.

If the person behind you, rear ends you,that means he/she is following to close, and it is there fault...
