I heard no, they have renovations going on, what ever that means, maybe the building is being worked on.
As the 4th Saturday of the month it should. Only occasionally does a special event preempt it. For more information see their Facebook page.
Every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month except for in September. It's open from 8am-330pm but many vendor leave by 2pm.
