Rented a pickup truck for a family vacation . The pickup had a commercial license plate witch made it impossible to park the car in the committee. I also had issued with the brakes , I was told that the rental company will exchange for another car that never happened.

Outstanding professionals, I never rented a car before. I went to 218 street , Queens Village location. I was in a car accident and my insurance recommended Enterprise car rental. I was very impressed from the time that I called the location and the person who answered the phone, very polite and professional and reliable. No wait time on the phone all my calls was returned with information that I requested. Wow, when I went in the location to pick up my car. I was very impressed with the service and got the model i requested. I personally work in High End Retail and i saw and recognized the service at this location. When I return my car, happen to meet with the location Manager Ryan, I met above and beyond services. Even I spoke to the representative from the back office operations and was very pleased. I drive safely and respect the company policy and return my rental in excellent condition. I hope Enterprise is providing all resources so these employees can continue what they are doing. Thanks Ryan and Team🙏🏽

The employees are patient. They take their time to make sure everything is explained and accurate to the customer before moving on to the next process. I would most definitely come back to this location and recommend to anyone whose interested in renting. Plus, unlimited mileage is amazing! Most rental locations don’t provide that.

This is the worst service in my life in Enterprise rent-A-car at Queens village. We have reserved the car and become more than 30 mins late and they have given the car to another person already. That was ok for me. But later we have seen that the car is still showing available in the website. So, thing is that they are keeping people on a serial and they are not sure whether they can provide them the vehicle or not. It’s completely awful. Moreover, the stuff was arrogant.
