First let me start by saying great company, Mike came out took a look at my roof went up in my attic checked everything out told me what was wrong what was good about it and what I needed without the high pressure cells of bye bye now. Steve the salesman was very great very professional also came out saw what I needed saw what I did not need and no high pressure cell whatsoever very professional at the end of the process they sent out Mike and Rick the repairman they did an excellent job had a thunderstorm afterwards did not leak good job, great job. Thank you Steve thank you Mike thank you Martino company thank you Donna thank you Christine for being professional and friendly over the phone.

After a year, I hate the windows! I have had issues with more than half of the windows! Martino is working to replace them, but I still feel like I was ripped off. Fiberglass is breaking on the window frames everywhere, screens are not full screens so getting bugs in the house, condensation between the sashes in the winter. And one window leaking when we get significant rain! Do not get windows from this company! Repair person said I am not the only person having issues with the windows!!!!

Tim with Martino came out to quote and later do the work on the job. He quickly recognized what I thought was a Roof leak was instead siding installed incorrectly, which was letting water into the house during driving rain. The siding was replaced with a near exact match quickly and promptly on the day arranged. Tim also took a walk around the house to check for any other potential issues with the siding. Overall, very happy with the service from Tim and Martino Home Improvements.
