I’ve been going here for 10+ years and will never stop! This is the only store I will buy clothes from and I’ve never had an issue. The bad reviews mainly refer to selling issues so you should sell on poshmark/mercari for items you want more money for. Regardless, the staff has always been kind to me and offers to take any items to the register so I don’t have to carry them! The only issue I’ve ever had is waiting for a fitting room which is only because they only have so many employees working, so they have to ring people up and open rooms and run clothes back to the sales floor. I worked retail so I understand having to do it all and would never be upset over that. I love this store and the managers are amazing and the clothes never let me down.

Staff was nice but $42 for 14 items? Some brand new with tags from Abercrombie. Smh. Should have just sold on fb market place.

I bought a coat three days ago and opted out of taking the receipt, then I realized it was unwearably oversized when i got home. When I attempted to return the item, I found out that receipts are absolutely necessary for returns (this is made obvious with signs around the store that i neglected to read beforehand). I know this is my fault, but I'm young and starting school again soon. I'm leaving this review until I get refunded (if ever) because it's hard for me to afford a loss like this in my current circumstances. I know the policy is clear, but transactions are obviously kept in a database and it doesn't make sense to me that I can't return the item without a receipt despite having its item code, barcode, name, price, the exact time of purchase, and the debit card I purchased it with.

The owner will continue to lose business if they keep the rude & unprofessional staff they have. They give out incorrect information then rudely tells you you’re lying about the information you were given by a STAFF member. It’s 2022 and the fact that there’s s still BLATANT discrimination towards people of color is very disappointing. If you are of color, stay away from this location unless your willing to deal with clear RASCIM & DISCRIMINATION! Get new staff or your ratings will continue to DROP!! There’s so many complaints about the SAME problem I’m starting to think that the owner encourages their staff to act this way.
