They constantly harass you. I advise everyone to record your conversations and start videoing. Also, call the police for harassment as well. I have not lived here since 2019 and they are STILL harassing me.

Unfortunately I have had to amend my review, as it seems the bad review I ignored moving in - is actually the correct one - so buyer beware!! 😱 Sadly this is a highly corrupt & greedy company, and they absolutely prey on low-income people. They will move you in on a good deal, even knowing you are on a fixed income - then continually raise your rates till you no longer can afford your lot rent, and then take your trailer when they put you out on the street. That is the kind of people running this company - you have been warned! 🤔 After knowingly moving me in on disability with a fixed income, in 3 years time my lot rent has gone up $100; and going into the 4th year now, they are raising it another $50 - at this point not only aware that I have been going without food just to make their previous increases, but also that I will no longer be able to afford my bills at all now - choosing to cause one person to go without food/shelter, so that they can have a few more sips of their favorite brand of champagne.... deplorable really.

I wouldnt even give them one star they make it hard for anyone to move in there.I was trying to buy a trailer there and was turned down. The trailer was a handyman special that needed alot of work I mean alot of work. It wasnt even a trailer that you could just move into without fixing it first. They try to make it like they are a 5star trailer park that you have to have the best credit to live there. My credit is in the upper 500s almost 600 like they want but was turned down. I was told in office that your credit score had to be 650 but the owner of trailer was told 600. I think they are just making it so hard for the owner of the trailer to sell the trailer & being very picky. Im on disabilty and can afford to pay their lot payment & own my own trailer but was turned down. I think they find anything they can to turn you down so they can keep your money for the credit check Im not the only one that was turned down there were severel others. So people beware so they dont take your money too. It looks like a low income trailer park with trailers so close together you dont even have a yard but they have a pool so I guess you have to be rich and a perfect credit score for the pool to live there that sad!!😢😢😢

Rent is dependant on the land your property is on or so what I've been told by the manager. All house are for sale only. Water and trash removal is covered in rent but not heat or electric.
