Get your service in writing upfront. I had detailed list of issues when I took it in: alignment light, speed of motor, auto return and damage to stylus. I was told my turntable motor had a wobble contributing to the speed issue at start and that they would fix it all for $350 and would take about two weeks. Mike said, “It will run like new!” Six weeks later it was finally done accept they could not find the light for the alignment light and they couldn’t fix the motor….but they still charged me $350! I asked him to reconsider the charge given he did not do everything he said he would and his response was he already lost money on this as he had more hours into it than he charged me for. In hindsight, I would have been better off telling them to keep it! They are all very friendly but I would not trust them again. My receiver will go to someone else for service.

How many retail establishments do you go to where people really love their jobs? Not many, right? Not this place! As soon as you walk in you can tell these guys love their work and take a lot of pride in what they do. And rightfully so! I recieved great service and excellent advise . Wouldn't go anywhere else for audio needs. Thank you for your professionalism.

We charge a non refundable diagnostic fee of $80.00 and that does apply to the final repair cost.

Hi Maria We charge a non refundable checkout fee of $80.00 and that does go towards the repair. If you do not get it repaired or if it is non repairable, that fee covers our time spent. Most drawer related issues are repairable depending on parts availability.

Yes they are great
We charge a $70 non-refundable estimate fee, due at the time of drop-off. We call you with an estimate and if approved, that $70 goes toward the repair. We're running about a month for estimates. Repair cost depends on number of hours & parts. Every repair is different so we don't give quotes without seeing the unit. Mon-Fri 10 am - 5 pm, but this Friday and next Monday we are closed for the Labor Day holiday. Thanks for contacting us.

Yes. And they will repair it again and again and again each time they don't repair correctly while in warranty. And, then, offer to repair again...and charge you when it's finally out of warranty. Horrible place owned.by a moron.
