It's nice to be close to a shopping mall and other stores, and places to eat. Neighbors are friendly, though we all mostly keep to ourselves. It would make more sense that with all the money you're putting in for these apartments would get you a more functional layout with central and forced air. My college apartments were way better than these apartments and I paid less money too.

Diverse crowd that seems to help each other out . Friendly tenants ,older complex has issues. Good place to live. Not too expensive.

I recently moved to this complex. The building is a little aged, but the apartment itself is nice. So far no issues with noise or neighbors, and I feel safe in the area. Additionally, the staff at the leasing office have been extremely helpful to me thus far. Betsy has been amazing and was great with communication leading up to my move, and Brandon was very kind when I obtained the keys to the apartment. Overall, no complaints at this time and am currently quite happy with moving here :)
