To qualify for the standard unit at Madison Heights Co-op, the applicant has to be 62 years of age or older. They also have accessible units for persons who are permanently mobility impaired, needing the special design features of an accessible unit. We do not accept vouchers because Madison Heights Co-op is project based, where we certify the seniors, ourselves, for the rent. The rent is 30% of their gross monthly income.
