This is a great post office. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Always professional, always helpful. Love that they smile, care and have a happy word to say. Oh, and my mail "gets there" on time. The reviews about lost mail are old. They have improved service! Stay safe and well, M.H. USPS! 😊

All Postal Delivery Service is SUSPENDED this Wed and Thurs due to extreme cold weather conditions... Argh **BUTT** some/all(?) USPS RETAIL LOCATIONS are open THURSDAY, JAN. 31ST REG HRS... IDK. MY local joint opens at 9am. ... Maybe they will allow me to pickup my 2 packages(one is NOT AT ALL compatible with hard-core freezing cold...) Yikes.
My pkg says delivered by mail to my mailbox but I don't have it.
Talk to your mail carrier.
Or, busy playing g on their own phone like SOOOOO many other people in today's workforce...😡
Lillian i had the same problem for 37 years. I live on Hecht and sometimes my mail goes to Sonia. Called and reported for years. The postmaster even got involved. Bottom line i was threatened that I have to return mail delivered to me incorrectly. I was not soppose to contact the person on Sonia. It was over 10 years ago however my daughters birthday cards were placed in our mailbox opened up. All from family and guess what was missing, yup the money. The family that lived there said it was there right because it was delivered to them. Finally they moved and I worked out a system with the next owners. It is what it is try to talk to the family on Beverly. You won't get any assistance at the post office at least that has been my experience
