Maintenance is helpful. Management is decent if you can get past the fact that nobody cares about you here. You will always just be another number to the system. I will say most of the apartments around here operate like that though. If you enjoy connecting with people of all types of backgrounds then this place may surprise you! I have lived here for a few years and honestly I wouldn't give it more than three stars on its best day! Neighbors sometimes leave trash in halls.

Not a good place at all was cool when I first moved in but at the end of my least I didn’t receive my security deposit because they said I broke my lease early and I didn’t pay a months rent in full when I have all the receipts for it and idk how someone could be sort 6 bucks on there rent the lady in the office was cool tho apartment old and out dated Princeton management is the worst

Renee in the office is one of the only good things about this place! Otherwise, very old (50+ years) buildings, they are falling apart.. literally. Sketchy when it is dark out here. Laundry is in the "basement" and some of the washers ruins clothes. The shower situation is bad as the water will scold you every minute, the maintenance guy who lives here told me this is normal here sadly. They give you very cheap blinds that fall off with a touch. They actually put in a new AC unit for me and an oven part which I appreciated. They do a lot of inspections and little repairs and I feel that they try to improve the property but honestly it needs a major fix up and it could be beautiful here. The front sign has been on the ground for the past month. There is other issues but those cover most of it. Just be careful, not in the safest area..
