Had an appointment to view an available apartment, no one showed up to the leasing office and when I called their phone number was told there are actually no apartments available and they are not doing tours. So my time was completely wasted. Not a good sign about management, perhaps I dodged a bullet.

So there are three other apartment places here next to each other and I'm really happy to say that this place really is the best on the block. Even some of the other people who live in the places next door are always trying to come in and use our stuff because it's better than their own apartment's, but they can't because we have really good security doors here that only residents can use, lol. But everyone is so nice to each other and I really like living in madison heights because it's affordable and a really great place if you value that sort of thing. Lots of good food and Hello Target across the street lol!

I love living here. It's one of the last places that feels like you get value for what you're spending. My neighbors are great, I feel safe, I love walking my dog in the neighborhood, and I love spending time at the pool. I see myself here for years to come. I have never had any issues with any of the staff here and I like that I am able to rent a carport right in front of my building. I looked around at a lot of apartments before chosing this one and Tom was so helpful in making sure I was getting everything I was looking for. I cannot recommend any other place more than this one, because none of the others will ever feel like the home this one has become for me.

I am a new resident. When I asked them to clean the bathroom and fix some things around the apartment, they told me that it was my responsibility because it’s my apartment now. I don’t understand anyone who would want to move into an unclean space. The bathroom cabinet is still broken, a blind is broken, a tile is broken on the bathroom wall, a knob from the stove is missing, there is a huge crack in the tile of the bathroom floor, and this is even after I have called them multiple times to come and fix everything. These may seem minuscule, but they have a job and that is to make sure my apartment is clean and ready to live in.
