Person taking order did not take it correctly. I paid at the 1st window when I received my order it was missing the primary food item I wanted. I informed the employee I was not given or charged for a particular item and told I now have to go back through the drive thru to reorder and pay for my food. When I asked for the manager he came to the window and did the the employee should have done. Taken my order again however correctly this time, taken my money and then give me the food. I and not sure why any employee would think it is ok to inconvenience a customer when solving the issue was so easy. Of course the manager came to the window and did what the employee should have done.

I had to give 1 star but I wanna do -5! This is the ABSOLUTE worst food place I've been to EVER. They are rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever. The inside is always closed when it says on store hours it's open. They always take 10 mins or more which isn't fast food to me. I go for my clients and it's a bad experience everytime smh. DO NOT ORDER MACARONI!! The portion is unbelievably small and oily. Also my clients say they chicken tastes weird sometimes and I have too take it back. I'm bilingual and ignored the fact that the ladies were talking about customers and calling them foul names in Spanish on different occasions and I spoke up now it's attitude everytime I walk in. I'm trying to reach corporate with my video before I put it online but this location is horrible and a bad representation of Popeyes!

I ordered dinner, last night, for my daughter and I. Everything was fine, except for the Macaroni and cheese portion wasn't even enough for a baby. Imagine how disappointed my 8 year old was.. 😞

Haven’t been to this location for a while, its busy when I went but the crew did a good job keeping up with the orders for drive through and over the counter transactions. Love their flounder fish sandwich, classic chicken sandwich, strips and fries.
