Patrick was able to fix the washer and waited to make sure it didn’t give me any error codes. He took the time to look up the part that would need to be replaced in case it codes me again. That’s going the extra mile.

Find another service provider. My first appointment window was on a Friday and nobody showed up. I couldn’t reach anyone in customer service except on chat. My appt window was scheduled 1-5 and at 4:55 I reached someone on the CS chat and all they could tell me was “your appt is still scheduled for today, sometimes the techs run late” but they couldn’t tell me if in fact someone was still coming, but was late or if they weren’t coming at all. Nobody showed up. I gave up. A number of days later I got an email notification that my appt was rescheduled (with no consultation of my own, they picked a date and time). I kept the appt tho bc I needed a maint appt for my washer. The tech came and asked what was wrong. I let them know I scheduled a maintenance and cleaning appt and they said “that’s customer responsibility” so then we stood there in silence. In the end I asked if he could at least clear the tube that won’t drain. He did in about a minute (haven’t tested it yet) then tried to charge me $151 as if he was doing me a favor. He said I could get a discount if I signed up for $50/mo warranty coverage. He said “I’m just gonna charge you for the trip” I asked what all the extra cost was since the “trip” was cleared stated to cost $99 in my confirmation email. He said “I don’t know, gas and all that” I was adamant that I’d like to understand the difference in cost. All of a sudden the cost was cut in half and I paid. Terrible customer service from start to end. Can’t reach anyone with questions, and when you do reach someone on chat they don’t have contact with anyone else and have no more information than the customer.

Absolutely terrible. I scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance. The technician calls me an hour after the arrival time estimate, breathes and hangs up. Ten minutes later, I get a text to reschedule. I highly recommend to find a different service before even considering using this one.

Apparently A&E factory service is Sears repair. So here is my review of A&E: first, the snot nosed bratty technician told me how to do my laundry (thanks kid but my last washer was 20yrs old and still working, was just ready for something new…so pretty sure I know how to do laundry) after several visits from them my washer is yet again not working. I have waited a MONTH for a technician to come out and yet I get a call the day of to reschedule…ANOTHER MONTH out! But they had a “deal with it” attitude. Please companies and people stop using this second class cut rate garbage of a company!

You’ll get the same appointment availability, regardless of whether you book online or call. Booking online is easy, and usually takes less time than calling.

I can't remember exactly, but they tell you when you call to book the service. The repair tech that came to my house was great.
