Fast service and the food was good. I had a 3 piece chicken strip dinner, which included tater tots, Texas toast, and normally an onion ring. The onion ring wasn't in it for some reason. They also have many drink variations. I had a cherry limeade, which was so good. Normally there is the drive in option where you order from your car and they bring it out. They must have been short staffed as the drive thru was the only option this time. The menu includes everything from burgers, chicken, corn dogs and more. There are also kid meal options.

Middle of the week visit, almost 6:30 pm. The dinner line was long with a few cars at the car-hop stations. Finally got to the order speaker (the pick-up window is around the corner out of sight).....waited for the greeting.....heard nothing. I figured that they were busy filling previous orders and needed more time before they got to me. Waited a little longer.....I said "Hello?".........nothing. I repeated this a couple more times and finally turned off my truck, walked around to the window, got their attention and asked if they were open. The person at the window replied "Yeah?". I had to tell them that they had a long line outside. Nobody noticed that there were no cars coming to the pick-up window for 15 minutes during a busy dinner hour. Then someone suggested that maybe someone should check the headsets........YA THINK?? Back at the truck I placed the order for two different items. I said no to tots and fries but asked for onion rings, the reply was "We don't have onion rings." I said "But they are on your menu" and the reply was "No, we don't HAVE onion rings, we are out". Well.....I drove around to the window, the person there held out a receipt and said "That will be $9.78". No apology or explanation offered. Nope, don't need the food.

Easily the worst Sonic we have been to. I have never successfully made an order here where they had even half of the food I wanted. How is the ice cream machine always down for a place known for ice cream? No pretzel buns either this time. Why not put it out on the sign if you are out of everything so people don't waste their time. Also maybe read your reviews and see that being out of everything is a very common occurrence here and remedy it.

I have never been so let down in my life more than when I go to this Sonic. I drive from Grays Harbor all the way to Lacey to get the yellow cake batter shake. My heart filled with glee as we crest the black hills knowing that I will be satiated with the flavor of pure bliss and sweet creamy goodness. I pulled up to the drive thru, roll my window down, and call out to the order taker, "2 shakes, please!". The sound of my voice echos back to me through the box. "NO SHAKES, THE MACHINE IS BROKEN" She screams back at me. My heart breaks. I leave. An hour and a half of my life wasted on a trip to nothing. Angry. I vow to never return to Lacey Sonic ever again. But, then i do it again. Heartbreak repeats itself once again. My heart stomped on with words of broken machines echoed into my ears yet again. This time, they will not prevail. I will never go back. F you guys.

If you don't like a place and want to express your distain, there's a place for that. It's called reviews.
It's a true drive-in. you order from your car and they bring your food to you. The servers are masked and when they delivered the food I was also masked.
I cant answer that as i have never worked there. I will say i heard a manger raising their voice to an employee once.

I believe half priced shakes ended when summer came to a close. Good news, October 11th ALL shakes are half price ALL day per their website.
