Company mailed me a 5 pound, 1 inch thick catalog without my request. No use of recycled paper. This is an unethical use of paper/forestry material, especially when the have their whole catalog online.

Update: we ordered the Deluxe Moving Kit and WOW is it exactly what we needed! Packing is a breeze!!!! So glad the customer service agent suggested it 😀 These are hands-down the best boxes you can get! I grew up in a Book Bindery and Uline are the only boxes we ever used. So when we needed to move ourselves my husband thought about going to buy boxes at places like Costco I said absolutely not called up Uline and discovered that Uline offers a very friendly self pick up at the warehouse down in Lacey. The people who I interacted with were wonderful helpful friendly- the facility is immaculate. Very pleased in a non-professional use of the boxes. highly recommended

Yes the Auburn location is closed now. It makes everything more streamlined since they were in three buildings and now are in one on Hogum Bay Road. Which is a quick hop off the freeway at the Marvin Road/Yelm exit
No ... order from catalog and call or order online ...then choose to pickup at warehouse or have shipped or delivered ...
So as far as I know the only uline in Wa state is Lacey on Hogum bay road but you have to order online and then you can pick up

They carry just about anything you need. Catalog is the best route!
I beleive right now it is just over 800,000 sqft with plans to build another 200,000sqft on to it. From what i heard, they have a moveable wall that can get pushed to extend the size of the building.
The Auburn warehouse relocated to Lacey. I believe you must apply online. Almost all companies require online applications for security of your personal/identifying information. It seems odd that it is crashing on you multiple times over an extended period of time tho. Good luck to you! Perhaps this company will respond and assist you in your job search efforts :)
Yes, and same day shipping doesn't mean same day arrival, but would be there by the next day, but u can will call and go pick it up
