My first visit here in a couple of years but on Sunday afternoon, I had a taste for donuts! Imagine my shock when I walked in and found 7 donuts. 7 DONUTS...IN THE ENTIRE STORE!! 4 glazed, 2 sour cream, and 1 vanilla cream...in the entire store! Apparently, they don't make donuts there but have them shipped in every morning. When I questioned why Dunkin' Donuts doesn't make donuts, she reminded me that their name is DUNKIN' cause they sell more than just donuts. Yeah, but shouldn't you STILL have some donuts?? They didn't. Oh well, I bought the 4 glazed and 2 sour cream donuts. I don't know who got that last one...

Worst donut shop ever!! Stale product, coffee sucked ...will never go again. Total waste of money. 😡

I love this Dunkin. I have been going here for over a year. Never have complaints. The staff are amazing and friendly. Always make me feel welcome. They know me by what I order and always make good suggestions when out of things I eat or drink. I'll always be a loyal customer here.

Their staff have horrible attitude. No customer service whatsoever. I asked for hot drink the lady gave me cold drink instead and when I asked her to fix it instead of saying sorry she was yelling why I didn't told her right away.
