The leasing staff is the most annoying set of people you can come across. I have been getting notices from them saying I violated my leasing agreement because of uncontrollable noise. The same neighbor called the police on my kids. The neighbor telling them this didn’t tell them what kind of noises. They didn’t fine out what kind of noises this neighbor keeps talking about. I have twin toddlers and these noises the lady talks about are foot steps from my kids. I called the office several times and I was told to come in person and see management. Went there today and all the staff is telling me is they can’t do anything about her calling the police and kept insisting we have to control the noise. Please don’t bring your kids to this property because you will have to end up tying them down. Apparently that is what the apartment management wants you to do with your kids.

Buildings are very sanitary maintenance always their for me in my experience I never had to use another laundry mat to wash and dry my clothes the grass is always cut just need to clean it off the sidewalk at time's

Me and my fiancé lived here for only 5 months and absolutely hated it. Yes, this apartment was the last resort at the time. But as soon as we were able to live somewhere 10 times better, we were out of there. Staff is so rude and so condescending but get very upset when you give back what the dish out. These apartments are so old and have been here since I was a little girl. Most of the buildings are roach infested and northwest will not allow the extermination company to bomb the buildings. Our apartment wasn't even ready to be moved into by our move in date and we just had to deal with the issues that the apartment came with. Out of the whole 5 months, only 3 things got taken care of when we had a total of 13 problems!! The walls are paper thin even though you are told that the area is "pretty quiet". I do not recommend this place to anyone and if you live here get out whenever you can and as fast as you can. I wish they would just say that the buyout agreement was 2 months worth of rent instead of dancing around that. Also, our refund notice by letter was given to us on March 16th and it is almost May and we still have yet to receive the check. Long story sort, I'd rather be homeless than live here. I recommend any new community in Hanover or somewhere in Howard County, that's where we grew up and so happy to be back in a nice clean and safe area. And property manager, do not say that you will send me an email talking about my experience unless you want to send me my check, Thank you.

The apartment buildings are literally falling apart. Constant power outages that can last for 8+ hours. There's no code on the doors so people can come in, loiter and smoke in the hallways. High crime area as well. Added pics to show bad the property looks most of the time.
