This is NOT a good place to do business! My husband had rented a vehicle, which had damages to one of the side mirror. At the time it was a case of urgency and my husband needed a vehicle. Upon seeing the damaged mirror, my husband showed it to the Rep. (Manny) Whom then said it was OK. My husband didn't just took his word, but also took pictures as proof of the damages. Sad to say my husband got a mail from Enterprise with a bill of ($347.54). How wicked and dishonest, Manny knew he had rented my husband a vehicle which had damages. Yet he denied and say he didn't rented the vehicle with damages. LIAR! You're NO good for Enterprise nor the customers. Take full responsibility for your action and NOT having customers paying for damages caused by Enterprise! Manny You're a LIAR and God doesn't like UGLY!

The staff was very professional and helpful in helping me find the car I was looking for. I would definitely be coming back. They gave me a luxurious car experience, that didn't break my pocket. Shout out to Manny Thank You Enterprise

I went online to rent from a location near me, when I showed up to pick up the car it turns out that the location had been closed since the start of the pandemic and I had not been notified, nor was there any indication on the booking site online that the site was closed. I was directed by a sign on the door to a relatively close location to pick up the vehicle but it was in the opposite direction from my house (there are two closer/more convenient locations than the one I was directed to). When I arrived at the new location the vehicle was not ready (possibly because I didn't have a reservation through their location) and I had to wait outside while they did the complete cleaning of the vehicle - given the covid-19 situation I was not feeling great at this point. The vehicle itself was fine, and I was able to return it at a more convenient location without an additional charge. The staff were all courteous, but the booking experience and pick up left a lot to be desired.

I have used Enterprise in the past anytime I needed to rent a vehicle and have always used the same identification card without ever having any issues. I am fully licensed but the card says "PDL". And if anyone did a system check it will tell you that I am fully licensed as well. When I arrived to pick up my reserved vehicle the associate took one look at my card and denied me the vehicle. He didn't check my reservation, he didn't look at my information in the system. I'm running on a tight schedule and everything at this point is ruined. The associate asked for my name to cancel the reservation but when I check the app the reservation is still booked. So I was denied the previously reserved vehicle and the company didn't even cancel the reservation. If I cancel I'm going to get charged a fee for it. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I will NEVER use any Enterprise owned company again!
