My husband bought me a membership,I think the gym is very nice. There is a large variety of equipment to use and the design is very attractive . I noticed it normally be really warm in this gym but tonight the air was on so it felt much better. I also think its a little expensive if it wasn't bought for me I would not have purchased membership myself. Overall I get a full workout and my body is looking better already. We take our son as a guest, he seems to enjoy it and is looking better as well.

This place is poorly managed, the equipment most may work but never all. The only good things about this gym is, it's cheap and the cleaning lady Have is amazing. .....

Horrible customer service Came in with my two boys, work hard to convince them to try working out, unfortunately mick was in charge Right in front of my boys and me he was arguing with a customer whose guest had to used the bathroom asap the mick guy was not have it and not understanding how urgent it was for the lady to used the bathroom. I have been a regular member for the past 20 years with different gym. Never I have seen such unprofessional manager in a gym. it didn't took me long to cancel my membership. My money is my weapon to fight ignorance. By the way mick didn't want to let my boys exercise with out showing proof of custody and age. ie a birth certificate. I still can't believe it bye bye youfit and hello PLANET FITNESS.

Horrible customer service. Very inconsistent. In one month of membership, asked me to sign one document 3 times consecutive time. That is each time that I went in my son and I went in to exercise. They finally canceled one of the memberships against my wish and were asking me to pay another $49 registration fee on the spot. I have never seen this.
