Had the boys cut and shampoo. The staff was very nice to our fur buddies. They may not have enjoyed the spa day. But they look amazing. Prices were reasonable and the effort and helpfulness was welcome. We had trouble choosing how to groom and the staff offered choices to us. They look great and we are happy with the visit. The staff are definitely animal lovers and that means a lot to us as owners and companions. Definitely will return for grooming and maintenance for the dogs.

Passable experience trying to find a nesting item for a small pet. The selection of items was somewhat limited, and staff were not highly knowledgeable (or enthusiastic), though after a second query they investigated in more detail. In the end, I could not find exactly what I was looking for and had to purchase from another source.

The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. What one didn't know the other would. Two employees were helping me and they made me feel like my business was welcome and important. Very impressed!

Worst grooming experience ever! My Yorkie is a butt about getting his paws touched, but he's fine with everything else. When i picked him up, there was patches that weren't cut, his tail wasn't even touched (i had to take him back in to make her do it), his ears were barely done & were very uneven. I think the girl was new. For $47, i expect a clean cut dog when i come pick my baby up, not a hot mess i could have done myself at home. I think her name was Candace at independence location! Spread the word... She's horrible at cutting hair!!
